North Reston's Sutton Ridge Condominiums consist of about 190 units built in the 1995-1998 timeframe. While most units are 2 bedrooms, there are a few 1 bedroom units on the lower level.  As shown in the above pictures, many of the units offer garages some of which actually open into the units.
