South Reston's Springwood Condominium consists of about 95 units built in 1977-1978 timeframe.  The development shares an entrance off South Lakes Drive with the Bristol House Condos. Offerings generally are 2 or 3 bedroom units many of which are equipped with wood burning fireplaces.
