The Shadowood Condominium Association offers about 450 units which were built in 1974-1976.  The lower level units are usually 2 bedrooms while the upper two levels host 3 bedroom units.  The units are centered around a stair entrance and represent a front of rear facing slice of the building.  The Shadowood neighborhood is located on the South Western corner of the intersection of South Lakes Drive and Soapstone Drive.  The neighborhood backs to a wonderful Reston Association natural area with convenient access to Reston's pathway system.
