Click' the Pictures to Enlarge their View. Parc Reston is located just East of the Town Center across from the Macaroni Grill on Reston Parkway. About 250 of (what had been) the Summit Apartments (originally know as Johnathan's Keep) was converted into one and two bedroom Condominium Units in the 2005-2006 timeframe. At some point in the future, the buildings fronting on Reston Parkway may be torn down and replaced by a set of hi-rise condominium buildings (See the photo on the above right for details). I've visited the site many times for both initial and resale showings. The developer did a rather nice job in the conversion. They essentially gutted each unit and replaced all appliances, cabinets, counter tops, carpeting, and HVAC systems. They did such a nice job that the units have the feel of new units. And ... Their location to the Town Center and moderate prices have made them quite popular. PARC Reston has a brand new clubhouse and private pool area which includes a Party Room, Gym and Business Center. The new residents have taken control of their condominium organization and begun to make further improvements such as ... Enhanced Landscaping, the addition of Verizon FIOS as well as Comcast availability, additional cooking grills and community events. Is a wonderful community that continues to evolve.
