With over 400 Condominium Units, Northgate was initially constructed as rental apartments in the early 1970's. About 15 years later, in the mid-80's, Northgate began a gradual conversion to condominium ownership. Over the next seven years each unit was restored to like new condition and offered for sale to individual owners. Since the original Northgate infrastructure included it's own central heating and cooling plant, today's Northgate Condominium Association fees continue to include coverage for heating, cooling and electricity in addition to water and sewer. Northgate condos come in a variety of 1, 2, and
3 bedroom units. Most buildings are of the 3 story variety.
The 1 bedroom units have a single bath and 3 bedroom units offer
2 baths. 2 bedroom units with addresses in the 1400's are
equipped with 2 baths while the units with addresses in the
