The Market Street Condo is located at 12001 Market Street at the intersection of Town Center Parkway just West of the Town Center and directly across from the Savoy Condos. The Market Street Condo offers a group of amenities which are beyond those found in many other condominiums in the Reston area. These include ... Secure Entry ... Front Desk Concierge ... Elevator to all floors ... Underground Reserved Parking ... A Exercise Salon ... A Business Center ... A Club Room, Billiards Room, Swimming Pool and a Cobblestone Center Walking Area. A mix of 300+ one, two and three bedroom Condominium Units constructed during the 2002 through 2004 timeframe. The developer has delivered virtually all units as of Summer '05. The units in the Northeastern corner and the lobby side (the North end) were completed 1st and delivered in the October-December timeframe. Deliveries worked their way around the 'G' Building format (illustrated above) to a conclusion at the center of the 'G' . Since it's been a few years since Market Street units were delivered. At any point a fraction of the Condos are placed for resale.
