The following information is provided based on personal observation.  It is offered as an indicator of the usefulness of my services as your Buyer's Agent.  This page is not part of the developer's official website.  A link to that site is presented at the end of my introduction.

Selling Stage ... Appointment Sales Stage ... The Sales Office is contracts for the MidTown North (also called MidTown Lofts) are in full swing ... As of Feb '10  there appear to be quite a few units available.  Prices range from the mid-$300's to a bit above $1 million.

The site is located in Reston's Town Center just to the East of the Savoy Condo structure.  MidTown North was constructed in two distinct buildings.  The larger surrounds three sides of the new public parking garage (facing, North, West and South).  The smaller building is located on the corner of New Dominion and Saint Francis (see the small building located behind the bus in the 3rd picture in the top row). The developer has a sales office located in the MidTown East Tower and is ready to assist with contracts for the few remaining units.  They do cooperate with Realtors at no cost to the Buyer, so f you'll click my 'Buyer's Agent' link at the bottom of this page I'll be happy to help you through the process.
