Reston's Ivy Oak Condominium consists of about 100 units which were built in the 1970-1971 timeframe.  The units are rather unusual as they are built as 2 story Townhomes but under condominium ownership. The units have either 3 or 4 bedrooms.   Many unit offer a private fenced yard.  The development is located off North Shore Drive, close to Temporary Road within easy walking distance to Reston's Town Center.
